The RVUUF Library’s used book sale is from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14 and from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15. According to RVUUF Library Committee chair Elinor Knight, this is a “great way to repurpose books” for holiday giving. She encourages people to spread the word to friends and neighbors.

Ashland’s Pioneer Hall homeless shelter will open in mid-November, and RVUUF’s Religious Explorations youth will assemble kits of useful items for the adults who will be sheltered there.
