UU orientation classes for spring 2016

Twice a year, fall and spring, RVUUF offers a set of UU Orientation classes for anyone interested in learning more or needing a refresher course.

Whether you’ve been a UU most of your life having moved to the Rogue Valley or you want to learn more about Unitarian Universalism and RVUUF in particular, there are three classes in the series.

  • Principles and Purposes of Unitarian Universalism, taught be Rev. White – March 20
  • History of Unitarian Universalism, taught by a lay person – April 3
  • Path to Membership class for those seeking to sign the Membership book or seeking to learn specifically about RVUUF and its mission, led by Colleen Chambers with lay leaders – April 10

Each class begins after social time on Sundays and ends by 1 p.m. RSVP to Colleen Chambers via RVUUF’s contact form or call the RVUUF office at 541-482-4755 to register.

If nursery care is needed to attend these classes, please notify Religious Explorations Lead Teacher Liz Bianco.

During the April 17 service, a new member ceremony will include signing the Membership book and being welcomed into the life of RVUUF.
