Thanksgiving has gotten a bad rap recently as we’ve all learned more about the abuse of Indigenous Americans and other effects of colonization. But I’ll celebrate gratitude anytime I get a chance. I believe gratitude is a powerful force. It opens hearts, doors, and more. I am very grateful to report that most of the jobs have been taken for the Thanksgiving dinner we will deliver to OHRA! But it’s not too late to put your gratitude into action. Please consider helping with any of our Thursday dinners at the OHRA center. Click here to check the current menus and tasks. Doing even a small job makes a big difference – especially to the person getting the dinner! And I’ll bet you get at least as much satisfaction from it as they do. With gratitude, Zoe
