As callers may have noticed, RVUUF’s telephone system is malfunctioning.

“We are able to receive calls when someone is in the office, though you will not hear ringing on your end — only Muzak — until someone picks up the call,” office administrator Dawn Nightshade reported in an email alert.

“The voice mail feature is not functioning, so you will be NOT be able to leave any messages. We’re working on locating and scheduling repair service and will update as soon as there is any news.”

Nightshade advised that RVUUF’s office hours are 9 to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, so if you must speak to someone, please call ONLY during those hours until this issue is resolved. In the meantime, please utilize email whenever possible.
