Do you call Talent home? As Rogue Action Center volunteers and staff continue to provide assistance to Almeda fire survivors, we also are looking for long-term solutions that address affordable housing, support local small businesses, improve fire preparedness, and strengthen our community in other ways.

The Talent Urban Renewal plan proposed by Talent’s mayor and city council would raise money our community needs for these purposes without raising tax rates. Initial proposals are to use Urban Renewal for the following:

• Affordable housing.
• Small businesses.
• Fire prevention and emergency preparedness.
• Strengthening our community.
