RVUUF is holding its live and silent auctions on Saturday, May 20, from 5:30 to 8:30ish p.m., with “Food, wine and fun for all ages” planned. There is a $15 suggested donation for members and supporters of RVUUF, and tickets for friends and family are free. Scholarships are available and childcare will be provided.

Here are ways that members and supporters can contribute to making the auction a success:

• Pick up a donation form and ideas page at RVUUF. Leave completed forms in the cardboard Auction Box.
• Make a donation by phone or email. Use RVUUF’s contact form to connect with Jackie Rosen.
• Provide an hors d’oeuvre. Sign up to find out what is needed.
• Help replenish or serve food in gallery and water on tables.
• Make a few phone calls.
• Help decorate for up to one hour.
• Help enter data into computer for up to one hour.
• Help with checkout or registration.
• Help with what organizers forget, for one hour.
• Help make or post signs at RVUUF before auction for 30 to 60 minutes.
• Write a few thank-you cards.
• Contact a few business/community members for donations. (Use RVUUF’s contact form to connect with area coordinators: Kellyna for Medford and Jacksonville, or Michal Schafer for Ashland).
