In a statement published in the “News to Note” weekly newsletter, Jackie Rosen stated that 158 adults and 17 children attended RVUUF’s recent “Spring Into Auction” fundraiser. In her statement, Rosen credited participation by some 70 volunteers, contributors of door prizes and auction items, food, ambiance, music (hammer dulcimer by Kenny Andersen, Bluegrass/Americana by Waking Hazel and piano by Ian McCarty), auctioneer Mike Lindgren, committee efforts and more. “Thanks to each one of you for contributing in your own special way.”
