RVUUF’s family camp this year is from Aug. 14 to 16. The dates were chosen for the best viewing of the Perseid Meteor Shower.
The camp theme is “Far Out! – Explore Worlds Beyond the Ordinary: From Magical Meteors to Local History’s Mysteries.” In addition to meteor viewing, historian Jeff LaLande will talk about the history of the Latgawa Indians.
