Rogue Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship presents the seventh annual Bodacious Rainbow Ball, 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, at 87 Fourth St. in Ashland. Tickets go on sale Feb. 7.

Co-sponsored by Rogue Rainbow Elders, the Bodacious Rainbow Ball is a “community-wide dance in celebration of diversity.” The event features a live performance by the Blue Lightning Dance Band.

Tickets will be available in advance or at the door and cost $15 general and $5 for students and Oregon Trail cardholders. Children younger than 12 will be admitted free.

This event is tobacco, alcohol and drug free. Childcare will be available.

Proceeds from this event will benefit the Lotus Rising Project, a youth-led organization that works toward a world in which people can freely express their sexual orientation and gender identity without fear of retribution.
