The Great Letting Go

What if one of our primary tasks in life is letting go of what is most loved and important? Letting go can cause great anxiety and fear. But what if we discovered that letting go is also one of the best sources of healing and new life? Through storytelling and reflection, we will explore the grace of the great letting go.

Our service today features Mark Goodman-Morris, a Presbyterian pastor, preacher, poet, everyday mystic, and sometimes improvisationer and mime. Ten years retired, he lives in the hills above Ashland with his wife and creative partner, Cheryl. Mark spends much of his energy trying to reveal the thread of extravagant grace that is woven into the fabric of all of life.
