To maintain fire code and ADA compliance, all of RVUUF’s external doors will switch from codes to KEYS on Dec 11 and 12.

Key access is granted by position (Committee Leader, Team Leader, Group Leader, Staff), which carries the responsibility of opening doors and also assuring proper closure of the building upon departure.

Keys will be checked out (even long-term for ongoing use) and a log will be kept in my office.

Keys will be available mid-week, and in the meantime I’ll keep an eye on the calendar of events to be sure leaders have keys prior to need, or that I am available to open the building. Leaders, please email me, so I know who to keep in the loop of getting keys! THANKS!
