The Board thinks it is important that our Fellowship reestablish our “Covenant of Right Relations” committee. The Covenant is designed to guide behavior, foster trust, and manage conflict in our congregation. The committee would be a vehicle to help with those tasks when help is needed.

We already have a few volunteers who are interested in joining. It would be valuable if the team included someone with professional experience as a therapist or a mediator. Please contact Donna Barrett, by calling or texting 541-499-9304, if you might be interested in joining this committee.
