Poor People’s Campaign, talk series concludes Thursday

Social Justice and Action presents a series of talks on the Poor People’s Campaign (PPC): A National Call for Moral Revival. The last talk takes place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29, in the Great Hall at RVUUF. The talk will last one hour, plus time for Q&A. The subject is “War Economy and Militarism, Ecological Devastation, and Moving Forward with the PPC.”

PPC is a nonpartisan national mass movement to save the moral soul of America by challenging racism, poverty, war, and ecological devastation. Started 50 years ago by Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the PPC has been relaunched to continue the fight for justice. For more information, use RVUUF’s contact form to connect with Kyle Hardman.
