“My husband, Bill, and I help with shelter meals because it feels really great to support people in our community who are stressed in so many ways, including nutritional sustenance. Additionally, Zoe makes the process SO easy to do. She does all the organization and decision making, and we just follow up with the buying, heating and delivery. It’s a wonderful team effort, and that feels supportive, as well as fun. I like seeing the other volunteers AND recipients at delivery time. It’s such a simple yet profoundly nurturing gift which benefits all involved. It feels enlivening to be part of such a loving community. Please Join Us!”

Here’s a photo of Bill and Francie Parr last year, when volunteers cooked for the winter shelter in the Presbyterian Church. This year’s meals are MUCH easier!
