Starting in a new role (intern minister) in a new place (Southern Oregon) in a new way (remote with planned visits) was not easy. However, before I arrived Dawn, the RVUUF Congregational Administrator, ensured I had electronic access, Rev Sean and members of my internship learning committee made plans to meet those first few days.

I felt seen, valued, and welcomed into the SOUUP community.

I have been working closely with the worship teams of all three congregations making plans to be with you all on Sunday mornings. Here is where I will be in October:

Our partnership is more than Sunday worship! To this end, I will be hosting OPEN ZOOM HOUR once a week. All are invited to drop in for a chat, ask questions, or even co-work. This will not be a private meeting, those waiting for pastoral care or sharing a concern will need to make meeting arrangements outside of this space.

I look forward to being in a community and growing with each other.
