Looking for an opportunity to serve, grow, and support our Sunday mornings at RVUUF?

Sunday mornings flow with warm welcome because we have five rotating Neighborhood Teams who provide support. A different team helps each week, allowing many people to contribute to these important Sunday morning roles. We ask all RVUUF congregants to be on a Neighborhood Team to help or in case of emergency or need.

Due to unforeseen family illness or moving, we are seeking folks to co-lead some Teams. This entails sending a few emails about five times a year, and helping new people learn basic tasks. New instructions are now in the Welcome Desk drawer and are emailed to everyone.

Neighborhood Team Co-Lead Duties:

1.) send a Team email every 3-4 months to remind team members of their upcoming Sunday date, and ask people to sign up for tasks they’d like to do on that Sunday. Send a subsequent reminder to let people know which tasks remain.

2.) Send an occasional email to the Neighborhood Team Coordinator to add, remove, or change someone on a Team, and other occasional emails, if needed.
