Earlier this year, our fellowship voted to move toward hiring a part-time minister. In the meantime, we’re grateful that Julie Crooks is serving as our Worship Arts Leader under a one-year contract, providing leadership and continuity during this transition.

The Board has begun exploring what a ministerial search process could look like so we’re prepared when the time comes. No decisions have been made, and no formal search has begun. However, because finding a part-time minister can take six to twelve months (or longer), we believe it’s wise to begin learning about the process now.

We’ll continue to keep the congregation informed as our understanding develops and opportunities for participation emerge.
