A message from Bill, Morty & Jan of the Buildings & Grounds Committee:

These common building-use oversights are causing problems at RVUUF:

• Please be sure you lock the front door during your meeting & when you leave the building.
• If you turn on the air conditioner under the balcony, be sure to turn it back off when your meeting is over.
• It’s important that the doors into the great hall be open at night so the night time cooling system can work properly.
• Please turn off any lights left on before you leave the building
• If you raise the window blinds under the balcony, please lower them, so that the hot morning sun is blocked out.
