Greetings, RVUUF Community! My name is Alison Duren-Sutherland, and I’ve had many roles at RVUUF over the past decade: RE teacher, member of the Worship and Search committees, Administrative Assistant, and even Intern Minister. I’ve been back in the pews and helping out on the Stream Team for a while, but now I’m stepping into a new, temporary role at RVUUF: Interim Office Administrator. This is a part-time job that I will do until your Search Committee finds the best candidate available to be RVUUF’s new Office Administrator permanently. While I’m so sad to see Dawn go, this comes at a perfect time for me, as I prepare for my interview with the Ministerial Fellowshipping Committee of the UUA in March 2023 to ask them to grant me their blessing to be ordained as a UU minister. Please be patient with me, as I am not Dawn and I will not be doing all she did for RVUUF.
