Rev. Cathleen Cox will lead an “Empowered Communication” workshop, 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at Rogue Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 87 Fourth St. in Ashland, Oregon.
Rev. Cox will also speak about “The Power of Conflict Resilience” during the Sept. 20 service at RVUUF.
According to Rev. Cox, “Living a spiritually grounded life is living authentically. It comes from the deep listening within and expressing yourself in ways others can hear — and relate to!”
During Saturday’s workshop, Rev. Cox will address how to build satisfying connections with the people who matter, and how to achieve breakthrough to new solutions together.
