Easter Bonnets Are Back!

Spring is arriving, and with it comes one of our most joyful and creative traditions—the wearing of Easter bonnets (for all genders!).

Each year, we celebrate the season of renewal not just with words and music, but with a bit of color, whimsy, and self-expression. Whether your style leans elegant, humorous, extravagant, or delightfully simple, all are invited to take part. Hats, fascinators, floral creations, or something entirely unexpected—this is your moment.

As part of the service, those wearing hats will be invited to participate in a brief and festive procession. Bonnet-wearers may gather under the balcony, and when the chime sounds, process to their seats during an appropriate musical prelude.

This tradition is a reminder that joy, creativity, and community belong at the heart of our shared life. It is also a gentle celebration of becoming—of stepping into spring, into color, and into the possibility of something new.

So dust off an old favorite or create something entirely new. We look forward to seeing the sanctuary bloom!
