Registration began Friday for RVUUF’s 2018 Camp Latgawa family retreat, taking place during the weekend of Aug. 17 to 19.
Camp staff take care of meals, children get to run free, there is no agenda, and the campers’ time is unstructured. Swim, hike to the waterfall, play board games, go blackberry picking, and improve your archery skills. Or just read under the trees in companionable silence.
Unable to be there the entire weekend? Come out just for Saturday or come for the outdoor service on Sunday and stay for lunch.
More information and a downloadable registration form are at the 2018 Camp Latgawa Campers site. Paper information and registration forms are also available at RVUUF.
Want to enable the Latgawa experience for fellow RVUUFians who might otherwise not be able to attend? Consider contributing to our Latgawa scholarship fund. Have additional questions? Use RVUUF’s contact form to connect with camp co-directors, Krynn Lukacs and Vicki Villarreal.
