At the request of Councilor Jackie Bachman, Linden Crouch, a member of RVUUF’s Social Justice and Action Committee, asked the Ashland City Council to think about implementing a city-wide overnight program. “Any organization could potentially implement an overnight parking situation, but if the city authorizes the program, it would make it more official and permitted.” According to the article, the Ashland City Council responded positively toward the program.
