A Free Book for the Winter Blues

RVUUFian Victoria Leo says, “fall and early winter are the best times to take action to prevent Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), before the lack of effective light levels gets you so deep in the metabolic ‘hole’ that it’s much harder to get out!” Therefore, she’s offering free copies of a book she wrote called “Journey Out of SAD” to our RVUUF community.

From Victoria: “If you suspect that you have SAD (winter blues), and want to take some effective non-pharmaceutical action, I’d like to offer RVUUFians (families, friends) a free copy of the 2nd edition of my book “Journey Out of SAD”. I need to do a new edition in 2024 containing all the good health ideas minus the offer for free consults (I’m happily retired and NOT consulting any more). So I want to give my inventory of author purchases to some good homes. If you would like a copy and are able to drive, I would appreciate your coming to pick it up (please email me to arrange a good time). If you are not able to drive, I can deliver (within Ashland and other small towns, but not Medford), however I’m dealing with some health issues, so please don’t ask me for a delivery unless you really can’t come get it, OK?” victoria.leo.reiki@gmail.com
