Register Now: Beloved Conversations Online Anti-Racism Learning

Join with other UUs across the country for “Beloved Conversations: Within” an online program of Unitarian Universalist seminary Meadville Lombard that is open to all and runs from September through December 2023. Their website states that, “The aim of Beloved Conversations is to underline that racial justice work (and the self-understanding and personal work that are essential to it) is the work of our lifetime, and we engage it in different ways. There is no deadline; everyone has work to do and we will all have different learning goals and outcomes. And the learning is never done- it only shifts and changes over time.”

RVUUFian Rev. Alison says of her participation in the program: “Beloved Conversations: Within helped me feel like I’m truly part of the wider UU movement for racial justice, gave me allies in this work from all around the country, and really prompted me to consider some pieces of racial justice work that despite my years of education and activism hadn’t come together for me before. This is not the same old anti-bias training!”
