Shaun writes,

“It is with regret that I’m writing to inform you of my resignation as Music Director at RVUUF…  I will be moving to Ohio to live with my daughter and her family.  I will once again be with my granddaughter Sienna, who you may remember often came with me to RVUUF, and occasionally assisted me during the worship services. My years at RVUUF have been a rich blessing.  I will treasure the warm friendships, enthusiastic support, and musical inspiration that I have experienced here. May this fellowship also be blessed as you journey forward together.”

We are deeply grateful for the many years of service Shaun has provided as the music director of RVUUF. The Choral Scholars program she led deepened our connection with the larger community as well as our musical offerings by bringing students from SOU to participate in RVUUF’s Sunday morning music in the choir and as soloists. Her musical selections expanded our repertoire and wove beautifully with each week’s message. She will be missed, and we offer blessings for her next chapter.

We are grateful to RVUUFian Julie Crooks for stepping into the role of Interim Music Director, and we look forward to the unfolding of the next chapter for RVUUF’s music program.
