Sangha – Meditative and Reflective, Every Thu, 9-10:30am, via Zoom

Our Sangha is a collection of people seeking tools to be more compassionate, non-judgmental, reducing suffering in self and others. We begin with a 20-minute sitting meditation; then a 15-minute, optional, walking meditation; then ending with a 15-minute sit. The discussion leader for the day chooses the reading, followed by a discussion. We close promptly at 10:30. Some people remain for coffee, a chat and connection.
