With Tripod nod of approval, the Reopen Task Force is pleased to announce that RVUUF groups and committees can sign up to use the side yard starting March 28th under the following guidelines. We are not currently taking any reservations for outside group rentals or use.
- No one will be permitted to enter the building.
- We suggest that anyone who is not immunized wear a mask and practice social distancing. We also remind people who are particularly vulnerable due to age or other illness, that they, too, should be wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.
- Participants should bring a chair and water if they anticipate a need of either during their participation in the side yard.
- A porta potty and hand washing station will be available.
- All use of the side yard must be scheduled in advance by using the RVUUF calendar. See details/steps below.

To schedule the side yard:
- Go to our website at rvuuf.org
- Choose RVUUF Calendar from the main menu
- Look on the calendar to see if the time/date you want is available
- Click on RVUUF Committees and Groups Room Reservation Form, fill out the form and click Submit at the bottom of the page.
Our Admin will receive your request, will put your reservation on the RVUUF Calendar and reach out to you with the code for the lock on the porta-potty.
