For next Thursday, March 24, we still need volunteers to buy, bake and send Stouffers or Signature party-sized frozen chicken enchiladas. Side dishes and dessert are covered. Thursday, March 31 we’re sending pizza because pizza night got rave reviews when we did it last month. It’s pretty easy to buy and bake 2 frozen pizzas and drive them to the shelter. I vote for whatever pizza looks good or is on special. Wild Mike’s pizzas were the favorite last time and I noticed they were in the closeout bin at the back of Shop ‘n Kart last week so if they’re still there they might be a good bargain.
