There are so many wonderful people pulling together resources for those affected by the wildfires, but they can be difficult to find and keep track of.
Here are 3 websities where information is being complied and updated regularly:
The website ashland.or.us/ashlandresponse is one of the first places to look for housing/clothing/food assistance, how to file a missing persons report, how FEMA assistance works and much more. It also explains how individuals who are able to donate can do it so that help gets where it’s really needed.
Two more sites with additional information are https://jacksoncountyor.org/emergency and roguevalley.recovers.org/.
Those without internet access can call the City of Ashland resource and referral line 541-552-2500 , 8 am – 8 pm daily during the crisis.
You can also email ashlandresponse@ashland.or.us to get information about shelters, resources and donation locations in Ashland and other resources in the Rogue Valley.
