The hope our founders had for the type of country our United States would be is expressed clearly in the words of the constitution: “…that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.“
During this service, Rev. Patt Herdklotz sighs for the country she thought she knew during the 1950s and now finds lacking in 2026, and she dreams of the future days in which our glory is restored.
