Finding Your Voice

When we gather as a community – whether we light the chalice, share our joys and sorrows, or lift our voices in song – we are reminded that each of us has a voice that matters. Not just in the literal sense of vocal cords vibrating to produce sound, but in the deeper sense: our unique way of speaking, singing, and living truth into the world.

We reflected on the connection between finding your singing voice and finding your own voice in the world – particularly in moments that call us to speak out for justice, or to stand firm in our values.

The Chalice Choir sang during this service.
