As a Covenant Committee member, I am excited to start on a journey with you to continue the process of building a vibrant, respectful and loving relationship within our UU Fellowship.
To join this endeavor please check our website to read the Covenant of Right Relations (CRR) and the Conflict Resolution Guidelines (CRG).These two documents encourage us to listen to each other, openly communicate with integrity and compassion and to speak honestly.
These writings give us a blueprint to help us become better at clear communication, being respectful of all persons, and what to do if conflict situations arise. Some of the things we are challenged to do can be difficult, scary, feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Working together we can build the community we want.
