The annual congregational meeting takes place Sunday, June 1 after the service. We’ll quickly get refreshments and begin at 11:45am.

Most of us know that we need to show up for our annual meeting. Participation and voting are crucial for our democratic fellowship. We need to pass a budget for our next fiscal year, which begins July 1. Board President Donna Barrett explains that the budget involves possible Endowment monies and the selling of Emerson House. We also will be voting for new/incumbent board members and a new Endowment Trustees.

You must be a member to vote. However, anyone may attend the meeting.

If you are a voting member of the congregation, two packets of information have been sent to the email address you have on file with our Breeze Church management software program. One had the Subject Line “RVUUF Annual Congregation Meeting Packet & Annual Report.” The second email had the Subject Line “Addendum – Congregational Meeting Packet.”

If you are a supporter/friend of RVUUF, you also received a packet, even though only official members of the congregation may vote on congregation issues.
