Adapted to smaller screens/mobile devices by using dropdown menus and an "adaptive theme", with a different layout/appearance; UUA recommendations for mobile sites; Wikipedia: Responsive Web Design. For many sites (including our previous site), content often clips rather than wraps, forcing horizontal scrolling.- Want to see this in action? - Upgraded our underlying web Content Management Software (CMS) to Drupal 7. By upgrading to the latest version of Drupal, we generally benefit from increased reliability, support, flexibility, performance and security (overall web Technology description).
- Highlight area, below header on main page, shows critical announcements or special notices about site downtime; otherwise, it's hidden
- Default font size of text on the site may be different; you can, of course, decrease/increase the font size in your own browser, as described on our Browsers page
Calendar format has changed, along with minor tweaks to Announcements on main page; most older events (except services) have been removed (backups exist; and, of course, the Newsletter archive is still available)- Sunday sermons audio player appearance has changed
- Slideshows use different controls (previous/next); note: new photos are mostly appearing on RVUUF's Facebook page
