We still need approx. 15 beds for out-of-town folks who will be attending the So. Oregon cluster event (Oct 17-19). You may meet a new friend from Coos Bay, Florence, Grants Pass, Roseburg or Klamath Falls. In addition to Fri. and Sat. night accomodations, we ask that you provide breakfast on Sat. and Sun. mornings.
Don't have an extra bed? No problem. Let us know if you have floorspace, and we'll bring a cot over to your house.
Please contact Kathleen Maloney and let her know how many people you are able to house. Thank you.
P.S. I am also looking for loans of cots/air mattresses/Aerobeds -- anything that can provide a sleeping space.

You are cordially invited to spend the Leap Year weekend with hundreds of Unitarian Universalists and friends from throughout the Pacific Northwest. Cozy up to open minds by listening to compelling speakers, discover new ways to employ your helping hands in workshop presentations, and expand your loving heart by socializing among like minded folks. We want to see your smiling face in the crowd! Registrations are encouraged until February 15, 2008: registration information.
The PNWD Chalice Lighter Program is a wonderful way for us to connect with our UU congregations throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please see Janet Dolan for an application to become a Chalice Lighter. As a member you will receive three calls per year in the mail asking for a minimum contribution of $10 per call to support a congregation that has asked for a grant to help support their growth. If you have any questions, contact Dave Baker, our Denominational Affairs Coordinator.
