Purpose: Communicate RVUUF information, events, and activities to the RVUUF community, visitors, and interested parties using many media.

*Note: Marketing & Public Relations is part of the Community Building Ministry; it is recognized that the website and newsletter are also vital methods for communicating with the wider community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update a website
• Create and distribute a monthly newsletter.
• Announce events and activities via email, bulletin boards, and Sunday Announcements and Order of Service
• Coordinate content and policies for print, email, web, video, audio and other physical and electronic media.

Policies: A communication policy will be developed.

Procedures: Communication procedures will be developed.

Please call the office (482-4755) if you can help fold the newsletter once a month (usually the last Thursday, 9-10:30 AM). You will get a reminder call a week ahead, and be greatly appreciated. Good conversation & good company. Thank you.

The Rogue Unitarian is our monthly newsletter. A printed and mailed version is available for an annual $10 subscription. Visitors may sign the RVUUF guest book to receive 6 complimentary issues. Pledging members and friends receive the paper newsletter free of charge. Anyone may download the online version (below). Note: recent online newsletters contain more, color images, so will take longer to download; older newsletters do not contain photocopied calendar or ads.
