RVUUF planning entry in 2017 Pride Parade

The 2017 Rogue Valley Pride Parade takes place Saturday, Oct. 14, 11 a.m. to noon. RVUUF plans to pull a float this year, and is offering options to walk or ride with RVUUF during the Pride Parade. Set-up starts at 10 a.m.

Interfaith vigil for Orlando shooting victims’ families

Havurah Shir Hadash will host an interfaith vigil at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 18, for the families of the victims of the mass murder in Orlando, Fla. Rally in Medford and SOPride Parade, photos

Photos by Rev. Nan White Rev. Nan White was part of an Ashland Interfaith Clergy group that proclaimed Medford “No Place for Hate,” Saturday, Oct. 10. The rally took place as a counter to an anti-Muslim event. Afterward, members of RVUUF marched in the Southern Oregon Pride Parade.

SOPride Parade volunteers needed

RVUUF needs volunteers to help decorate its float for the Southern Oregon Pride Parade. The parade begins at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10. The route goes through downtown Ashland and ends at the band shell in Lithia Park for live entertainment and booths.
