Third Sunday Offering is the National Center for Conservation Science and Policy (NCCSP) which was recommended by the RVUUF Environmental Committee. This organization was formerly called Headwaters and is located across the street from our Fellowship. The NCCSP lobbies and advocates to prevent clear cutting on timber land and to protect the wild lands of Oregon.
