The Masai of Kenya have a traditional greeting. They ask as they meet each other, “Kasserian Ingera” which means, “How Are the Children?” As we begin this year’s Religious Education Program for our children and youth, Louise and Carolyn will ask the same question. In Kenya, even among those who have no children, the answer is always, “All our children are well.” May that be our shared response too.
