I'm all for spreading joy up to the maximum, and bringing gloom down to the minimum in hopes of keeping pandemonium out of my life, but hey, I've noticed that the in-betweens are packed with possibility.

Social Justice Offering: Mary-Curtis Gramley will tell us about the Family Nurturing Center, in Medford. This Relief Nursery is the only child and family program in Jackson County that focuses on the prevention of child abuse and neglect by providing comprehensive intervention services for children and their parents. Although only two years old, this non-profit agency has turned life around for many families. Results include that after six months of involvement in a Relief Nursery, participants significantly improved in overall family functioning and parent-child interactions. The Family Nurturing Center has a long waiting list. We can bring hope to more children and their parents with our financial support. Thank you for caring.
