pioneersPerformances: July 2,3,10,11 from 4-7pm, Ashland Cemetery. Actors in period costumes will portray the people who settled Ashland in the late 1800s and early 1900s. This year’s event has all new stories and characters and is a fundraiser for RVUUF and the Ashland Historic Railroad Museum. Tours depart from the Cemetery entrance every fifteen minutes and the last tour departs at 6pm. Tickets are available at the Cemetery entrance, but we recommend you purchase them in advance at Paddington Station to assure the tour of your choice. Prices are $5 for children 12 and younger, $10 for adults, and $25 for families of up to 2 adults and three children. Come play with us. We need 40 volunteers as ticket takers and tour guides for the “Meet the Ashland Pioneers.” Please sign up for a shift at the table under the balcony.
