Medford Service. Whose Life Is It Anyway?

Date:

Sun, 07/08/2012 - 3:00pm to 4:15pm

Location:

chaliceDee Evers will lead the service introducing the Final Exit Network. This organization sends "exit guides" to talk with individuals who choose to end their lives with dignity, following a terminal diagnosis or a situation of great, prolonged pain or disability, for which there is no good solution or cure. Exit guides help explore options with the client, and when appropriate, will help by describing one means of ending their life, as well as be with the client at the end. The FEN service is without cost to the client. Oregonians have the Death with Dignity Act.
