• 5:00-6:30: Silent Auction
• 5:30-6:30: New Orleans Dinner (Shrimp&Catfish; Gumbo; Green Salad; Bread), selection of scrumptious Southern Desserts, Coffee/Tea -- dinner tickets for adults: $15 donation; children under 12: free
• 6:30-6:45: Raffle
• 6:45-7:00: Results of Silent Auction
• 7:00- ?: Voice Auction
