The Humanism Study Group is for everyone, not just Humanists. We study current topics of interest to Humanists, often from a recent book or article. We meet every first and third Sunday under the balcony at 3pm. We usually have an optional short reading related to the discussion topic available in the RVUUF library a week before each meeting. Jun 16: “The Early Christian Churches” This will be a presentation by Roy Kindell and Drew Mayer. Their research is from the pre Christian and early Christian writings, writings from the Bible as well as writings that are accepted by many Christians but are not in the orthodox Bible. You can look for a possible reading a week before the meeting in the UU Library.
