Thu, Feb 3, 10am. For many years the Great Decisions Discussion Group (also known as Foreign Affairs Discussion Group) has been a popular event at RVUUF. Once again this meeting will take place the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from 10-11:30 AM beginning Feb 3, 2011. At each meeting a DVD is shown from this year’s workbook of Great Decision’s many topics and then the topic is discussed. Our companion discussion book should be available by the time of the first meeting. Cost is $25 for the book. Topics to be discussed are as follows: Rebuilding Haiti, National Security, Horn of Africa, Financial Crisis, Germany ascendant, Nonproliferation, Crisis in the Caucasus, and Global Governance.
