Fri, Aug 5 - Sun, Aug 7. Does an early August weekend in a wooded setting with great people, kids and adults alike, sharing delicious food appeal to you? Two creeks flow through the property, and it is only a short hike to a waterfall with a natural slide and lovely clear water for a cooling swim. The trees are mostly mature and tall, and delightful creatures including colorful butterflies, a "bird moth," and forest birds have been seen nearby. There are dormitory cabins with baths, rustic cabins with bathrooms and showers in a nearby building, or campsites for tents and RV's.

The programming at Camp Latgawa this year will focus on Compassionate Communication and how to deepen our connections with each other. Rev. Leslie and Wil Van Winkle will lead us in fun interactive exercises designed for practice in more meaningful conversations. You will learn new skills and concepts to help you become closer to family, friends, and colleagues. And you’ll get to experience becoming closer to the other folks at Camp Latgawa.
