Each Thursday morning from 9:00 to 10:30 a small group meets in the Library to meditate. The combined energy of the group aids each of us as we move into the meditative state whether we are first timers or seasoned veterans. We begin on time, sit quietly for 20 minutes, walk in meditation for 10 (optional), and sit again for 15. We take turns serving as timer and leader of the discussion afterwards, based on the readings the leader has chosen.

At 10:30 we have tea (optional) and visit for a half hour. It is a lovely way to begin the day. If you would like to join us, come any time.
