Regular meetings of RVUUF's Board of Directors are open to all members of the Fellowship. Board agenda items should be submitted to the Board President by e-mail at least one week in advance of the meeting, along with any written background information or a documentation; if submission by e-mail is not practicable, the agenda item may be submitted on a 'Board Action Request' form (download) (or paper form available in the office).
