Regular meetings (usually 1st&3rd Wednesdays) of RVUUF's Board of Directors are open to all members of the Fellowship (see list below or online calendar). Board agenda items should be submitted to the Board President by e-mail at least one week in advance of the meeting, along with any written background information or a documentation; if submission by e-mail is not practicable, the agenda item may be submitted on a 'Board Action Request' form (download) (or paper form available in the office). The preliminary agenda for the upcoming meeting (subject to change prior thereto) will usually be posted here.
